How Do I Place An Order?
Visit our store page and add a product to your cart via the product page. Find your cart at the top right of the page, and continue to checkout. You can choose to checkout with Paypal and either log in to Paypal or checkout as a guest (a guest can input their card details and continue). Once you have confirmed your information you will recieve an email with your order details and a delivery estimate. Thank you for shopping with us!
Payment and Shipping
The Witches Emporium currently only allows payment via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit/debit card. If you intend to visit our store at a local event, we take both cash and cards unless otherwise stated.
The Witches Emporium is a UK based online store, and currently only ships to addresses anywhere in the United Kingdom. We are not able to ship internationally and are not currently planning to do so in the immediate future. All orders, no matter how large, are sent via standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery at £2.99 with proof of postage.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or there is a problem with a product, you can return it within 14 days of the date of purchase and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
